Pepite di cioccolato fondente in una frolla superfribile, oggi ho preparato questi frollini veloci da preparare forse quanto da mangiare.
Ecco la mia ricetta:
INGREDIENTI:
200 gr Farina 00
100 gr Zucchero
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
1 uovo e 1 tuorlo
70 gr burro
1 pizzico di sale
scorza di un limone
60 gr di Cioccolato fondente
PROCEDIMENTO:
Setaccia la farina con il lievito e un pizzico di sale, aggiungi lo zucchero e mescola bene.
Aggiungi l’uovo intero e il tuorlo e con le fruste elettriche amalgama il tutto; l’impasto dovrà risulterà piuttosto sabbioso.
Sciogli il burro in un pentolino a fuoco basso e aggiungilo al composto sempre utilizzando le fruste.
Taglia il cioccolato a pezzetti piccoli o scaglie e aggiungilo alla pasta.
Accendi il forno a 180° e fodera una teglia con la carta da forno.
Con l’aiuto di due cucchiaini forma delle palline e mettile sulla teglia abbastanza distanti tra loro perché durante la cottura i biscotti tendono ad allargarsi.
Inforna a 180° per 12/15 minuti.
